Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Event Strategy & Leadership 
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of enterprise‑wide events tied to large capital investments, market expansions, M&A, and high‑visibility initiatives. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise leadership, internal partners, and external stakeholders regarding all enterprise event activity. 
  • Translate business objectives into event strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, enterprise communications, and organizational goals. 
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of event professionals, ensuring consistency of processes, tools, and execution standards. 
  • Project & Stakeholder Management 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Real Estate, Construction, Operations, Communications, Community Engagement, Government Affairs, Marketing, and other enterprise teams. 
  • Direct complex project timelines, critical paths, vendor scopes, and event deliverables. 
  • Coordinate closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment of event messaging, run-of-show, speaking engagements, and VIP experiences. 
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly defined, communicated, and met throughout all phases of event development. 
  • Event Planning & Execution 
  • Oversee all aspects of large-scale event production, including venue selection, permitting, staging, AV, décor, hospitality, guest management, transportation, and run-of-show execution. 
  • Establish and enforce best practices for enterprise event operations, safety, compliance, and contingency planning. 
  • Lead on-site execution for major events, ensuring seamless delivery and a premium experience for guests, executives, partners, and media. 
  • Budget, Vendor, & Resource Management 
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial accountability and cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. 
  • Select, negotiate, and manage external partners and vendors, including production companies, caterers, rental suppliers, staging/AV partners, and creative agencies. 
  • Optimize resource allocation across the team to support multiple enterprise events simultaneously. 
  • Brand & Experience Quality Control 
  • Ensure all events uphold company brand standards and deliver consistent, premium experience across markets. 
  • Oversee creation of event materials, signage, creative assets, and branded elements. 
  • Maintain post-event recap processes, tracking metrics, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • None

  • ​​Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent knowledge). 

  • 7+ years of experience in event management, project management, experiential marketing, or related fields.  
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, high-stakes corporate, public, or government events.  
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience preferred. 

  • Strong understanding of event production, logistics, and large-scale event workflows.  
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.  
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at all organizational levels, including executives.  
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large event budgets.  
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Knowledge of various markets. 
  • Ability to travel frequently and work non‑standard hours during event cycles.  
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
