Responsible for providing a seamless patient intake experience by accurately registering patients, verifying insurance, and collecting required documentation and payments. Ensures efficient patient flow by completing pre-registration, pre-certification, and patient type updates while minimizing delays.
Serves as a key point of contact for patients, families, and clinical teams—delivering excellent customer service, resolving routine inquiries, and maintaining clear communication across departments. Ensures data accuracy in all systems, including demographic, insurance, and billing information, while adhering to compliance and privacy standards.
Supports financial processes by verifying benefits, estimating patient responsibility, collecting payments, and identifying patients eligible for financial assistance programs. Maintains high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

- Preferred experience with medical terminology and insurance verification
- Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with data entry, cash handling, and computer systems
