Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Move Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every customer receives proactive communication and personalized support from start to finish.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the relocation process.
Build strong customer relationships through timely, professional, and proactive communication.
Guide customers through each phase of their move and address questions or concerns.
Partner with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Coordinate all aspects of client scheduling throughout the relocation process, providing exceptional customer service and keeping all parties informed of key dates and updates.
Schedule and oversee third-party services with approved vendors.
Enter and manage move orders accurately within company systems.
Communicate critical move details to all parties to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain accurate customer files and job documentation.
Ensure all required paperwork and customer authorizations are completed and submitted.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Assist with issue resolution by collaborating with operations and management.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements

Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating vendors.
Familiarity with project management or move management software.
Knowledge of commercial relocation services and industry best practices.
