Kinetic Potential (KP) is a mission driven for-profit organization, based in the Washington, DC area, that has a tremendous opportunity to expand its occupational skills training and community service offerings throughout the United States. The firm is preparing for significant growth and seeking KP Mentors to provide onsite support for people with disabilities and youth participating in KP’s K12 and Community Supports Program.

Background & Program Description The KP Mentor is a member of the delivery team responsible for supporting the delivery of services for the mentorship of 5-10 K12 students or individuals with disabilities and successful implementation/administration of KP’s workforce development, community supports or K12 programs. KP Mentors develop positive mentoring relationships with participants and forge a team-based work environment that motivates individuals to give their maximum effort in pursuit of their desired career goals. KP Mentors perform a variety of functions often in conjunction with a KP Talent Advisor or KP Mentor.
