Talent Analytics - Research Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join the EES Team within Talent Analytics at our Lahore office. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about HR, research, and people analytics.

• →Conduct and support employee engagement surveys for local and international clients.
• →Analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data using research methodologies and statistical techniques.
• →Perform:
• →Open-ended response analysis
• →Correlation analysis
• →Data interpretation and reporting
• →Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients.
• →Deliver client orientation sessions related to employee engagement surveys and processes.
• →Present survey findings and recommendations to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
• →Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and quality deliverables.
• →Identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations from research findings.
• →Maintain strong communication and coordination with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• BBA/MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM)
• 0–1 year of relevant experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to HR Generalist functions or consulting environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
