Clinical Support & Professional Growth

BCaBAs at ABA Solutions receive ongoing mentorship from experienced BCBAs and Directors dedicated to helping you develop your clinical skills.

Our team provides:

  • Practicum-approved supervision for individuals pursuing BCBA certification
  • Individual mentorship and clinical consultation
  • Opportunities to supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Collaboration with experienced Directors and Clinical Supervisors
  • Predictable scheduling with centralized service areas whenever possible
  • Professional development designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities


What You'll Do

  • Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Analyze client data and recommend treatment modifications
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Provide caregiver training to support skill generalization across environments
  • Maintain clinical documentation and funding source requirements


Caseload Opportunities

Build a diverse caseload across multiple settings, including:

  • School-based services supporting students throughout the school day
  • Home-based services emphasizing caregiver collaboration and skill generalization
  • Community-based programming promoting independence and social development
  • Clinic-based opportunities for direct treatment and interdisciplinary collaboration


Caseloads are developed with leadership to align with your professional interests, geographic preferences, and scheduling needs whenever possible.

Qualifications

  • Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Passion for working with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Interest in continuing professional development and pursuing future leadership opportunities
  • Ability to work across school, home, clinic, and community settings as needed
