ABA Solutions is seeking compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide services in school and home settings throughout New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to partner with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams while providing meaningful support that promotes lasting progress for the children we serve.

Clinical Support for BCBAs
Our analysts receive ongoing support from experienced clinical leadership and administrative staff so they can focus on providing meaningful services.
Our team provides:
- Flexible caseload development based on your interests and availability
- Ongoing collaboration with Directors and experienced BCBAs
- Administrative support to reduce non-clinical responsibilities
- Opportunities to mentor RBTs and developing clinicians
- Regular clinical consultation and peer collaboration
- Predictable scheduling and centralized service areas whenever possible
What You'll Do
Behavioral Assessment & Intervention
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans based on data and clinical outcomes
- Provide caregiver training to promote consistency across environments
School Consultation & Collaboration
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support implementation of behavior intervention plans within school settings
- Provide consultation and coaching to school personnel on evidence-based behavior strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings as appropriate
Home-Based Services
- Provide direct consultation and caregiver coaching within the home
- Support generalization of skills across daily routines and natural environments
- Partner with families to develop practical strategies that improve long-term outcomes
Data Collection & Clinical Decision Making
- Maintain data collection systems and analyze client progress
- Complete documentation required by funding sources
- Prepare progress reports and treatment updates
Professional Development
- Participate in ongoing clinical training and peer collaboration
- Stay current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis and special education

Qualifications
Required
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Preferred
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans
- Experience working in school settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with families and school teams
