We are seeking a Transfusion Medicine Ambassador to support a key customer in New Zealand, delivering exceptional technical support and customer outcomes across one of our most strategically important accounts.

This is a high-impact, field-based role where you will act as the technical and relationship lead for New Zealand, working closely with a key strategic partner, being the primary in-country representative for Abbott Transfusion Medicine.

You will combine engineering expertise, transfusion knowledge, and customer leadership to ensure optimal system performance, strengthen partnerships, and drive continuous improvement within a highly regulated healthcare environment.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, while remaining closely connected to a broader team of ambassadors and specialists based in Australia. Success in this role requires strong self-direction, accountability, and the ability to influence and deliver outcomes independently.

Working across multiple customer sites, you will bring deep technical expertise, strong diagnostics knowledge, and a proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders to manage complex environments, solve problems, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience. The role involves regular travel primarily between Auckland and Christchurch, with occasional international travel. The role can be based in either Auckland or Christchurch.
