MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide input for developing brand marketing campaigns and HCP/patient-oriented promotion programs, aligned with product positioning, brand strategy, and ethical communication guidelines.
- Closely follow up with vendors and align with internal stakeholders to ensure all marketing campaigns and promotional activities are executed on time, in full, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and coordinate promotional/educational materials such as brochures, product catalogues, information booklets, and other brand communication tools, ensuring consistency with product positioning and approved claims.
- Work with internal teams or external partners to conduct market surveys and gather feedback on promotional programs, customer/HCP perception, acceptance, and program effectiveness; propose improvement actions where needed.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs, monitor remaining stock of promotional materials/gifts, and propose corrective actions when issues arise.
- Support the development of product training materials for the Field Force on an ongoing basis; keep the Field Force updated on product knowledge, key brand messages, and competitor information.
- Review product-related complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to propose appropriate solutions.
- Collect, consolidate, and verify data related to internal sales, retailer audit, product/promotion performance, customer/consumer feedback, and market behavior; prepare reports for relevant managers.
- Ensure proper documentation, approval records, and filing for all execution activities.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to consolidate budget and activity KPIs; monitor actual spending to ensure alignment with the approved budget plan.
- Ensure all business and marketing activities comply with the WHO Code, Vietnam regulations, relevant legal requirements, Abbott Code of Conduct, and ethical standards.
