  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or cross-functional support, preferably in a multinational or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare policy, reimbursement environments, or health economics frameworks is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities, with experience in managing trackers, reports, and operational workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Teams is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency in an Asian market is a plus.

Health Economics & Reimbursement (HE&R) Coordinator, APAC plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational, planning, and coordination activities across the region. Supporting the Regional Director – HE&R APAC, the role helps drive internal alignment, reporting consistency, and stakeholder engagement across multiple country HE&R teams.

This position requires a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination discipline, attention to detail, and a drive to create meaningful impact through structured support and best-in-class operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the APAC HE&R Activity Tracker by coordinating inputs from country teams, driving consistency, and ensuring timely updates.
  • Consolidate and submit inputs for global quarterly reports and other strategic reporting templates in alignment with regional and global timelines.
  • Organize Regional HE&R meetings, including agenda planning, logistics, content coordination, vendor management, and follow-up tracking.
  • Coordinate monthly team meetings and other internal gatherings by managing the agenda, collecting inputs, and ensuring action items are followed through.
  • Support the Regional Director in development of materials for leadership engagements, including business unit discussions and global forums.
  • Track and maintain a calendar of key APAC conferences, external events, and training sessions relevant to the HE&R function. Conduct desk-based research to monitor policy trends, reimbursement changes, and relevant healthcare developments across the region.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage budgeting workflows, raise POs, track cross-charges, and monitor compliance with internal processes.
  • Maintain oversight of travel, expenses, and related logistics in line with company policy, and support submission and reconciliation processes.
  • Assist in calendar planning, meeting scheduling, and timeline coordination to ensure alignment of key HE&R initiatives and deliverables.
  • Maintain organized documentation, templates, and internal knowledge repositories to support team operations and planning cycles.
  • Identify and propose improvements to coordination processes that enhance collaboration between country HE&R teams and the regional team.
  • Support other ad hoc regional projects or coordination activities as delegated by the supervisor.
