To support our EMEA organization, we are looking for a Field Inventory Specialist who will play a key role in improving efficiency, service levels, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Demand & Supply Planning teams to design and implement efficient processes and tools for managing field inventory

Organize, document, and report on inventory‑related activities, ensuring transparency and accuracy
- →
Provide training and ongoing support for field inventory management tools and processes
- →
Drive prioritization and implementation of field inventory management initiatives and projects
- →
Support functional owners with inventory analysis, change management activities, and preparation of documentation (SOPs, QA procedures, process flows)

Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure alignment on consignment inventory strategies

Monitor effectiveness and performance of field inventory programs through KPI reporting and dashboards, including Power BI

Develop and maintain work instructions and SOPs, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in inventory management, supply chain, process engineering, or project management
Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus
Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in Power BI and data‑driven reporting
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDE, MFG Pro) and/or Business Objects
A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive process improvement
Strong communication skills and the ability to train, influence, and work cross‑functionally in an international environment
