For our Abbott Molecular Diagnostics Division we are looking for an outstanding sales talent to join our great team in Poland as a Sales Executive. This will be a field-based role requiring daily travelling across assigned area (Poland), with preferred home location Warsaw/ Central Poland.
Sales Executive is responsible for growing sales within assigned territory by developing customer relationships, being an ambassador for Abbott’s products, and strengthening overall market presence. This role is instrumental in delivery of sales and profitability objectives, as well as expanding brand reputation and ensuring achievement of territory business acquisition objectives in line with Abbott Molecular’s mission.
Responsibilities

- →Build long-term relationships with clients, including after-sales service and customer development planning.
- →Drive profitable growth and close opportunities by initiating, developing and/or delivering unique solutions that result in improved customer outcomes and benefits Abbott; ensures all commitments are met.
- →Identify new business opportunities by effectively prospecting and generating new customer leads.
- →Identify uncovered market/customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions that would effectively meet stakeholders’ expectations.
- →Successfully navigate and manage complex sales processes in environments with multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
- →Partner cross-functionally across the organization to appropriately address the needs of the customer base.
- →Utilization, maintenance and update of CRM database to ensure accurate analytics.
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven track record in a similar position with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Higher education: medicine / biomedicine / medical technology / engineering / electromechanics / economics.
- Knowledge of diagnostics equipment and the local diagnostics market is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new businesses within multi-layered, complex environments.
- Strong desire to win business and establish long term customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of key stakeholders, customer and environment dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills and customer centric consultative approach.
- Fluent Polish (both written and spoken), English at least intermediate.
- Negotiation skills.
- Self-discipline and self-motivation.
- Organization and effective management of simultaneous multiple tasks.
- The position requires the willingness to travel within Poland on a frequent basis (up to 70%).
