This position will be primarily responsible for driving sales growth and market development of MitralClip and TriClip therapies through combination of clinical expertise, physician education, customer engagement, and account management. The role provides clinical support to physicians and healthcare professionals while partnering with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives across SEA. The primary geographic scope is SEA, with support across APAC as required.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist customers and clinical stakeholders with case planning, patient screening, procedural support, and post-case evaluation for TMTI
- →Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital stakeholders, and referral networks to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of TMTI
- →Collaborate with multidisciplinary tams within customer accounts to optimize patient pathways, generate referrals, and support achievement of business objectives
- →Conduct physician education, customer training, workshops, and field mentoring activities to enhance clinical competency and therapy adoption
- →Support territory growth through effective account management, identification of business opportunities, and achievement of assigned sales objectives
- →Provide clinical expertise and guidance on complex cases while supporting the development of team embers through coaching and feedback
- →Support local, regional, and national conference, educational programs, and commercial initiatives as required.
- →Ensure compliance with all applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures
- →Travel up to 50-75% within SEA as required
Requirements
~1 min read- BS/BA in life sciences or marketing preferred
- Minimum EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIRED
- Minimum of 3 years Sales Experience / Medical Clinical Support
- Medical training (RN, Perfusion, Sonographer etc.) background strongly preferred
- Proven track record in the sales / clinical introduction of sophisticated medical therapeutic, procedure enabling devices that requires significant clinician training
- Experience with products for use in interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery
- Experience in sales of new concepts
