This position works out of our Alajuela, Coyol location in the Vascular division that provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.

  Assess priorities and monitor daily work operations and provides direction to nonexempt and exempt staff to achieve unit or departmental goals. 

• →

  Organize and maintain inventory and storage area, work assignments, and material handling methods required to meet operational lines schedules. 

• →

  Oversees warehouse activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of material inventory.

  Ensure correct procedures in place and train employees on warehouse transaction procedures and proper material handling.

  Develop direct reports by securing appropriate training, assigning progressively challenging tasks, applying progressive disciplinary action as appropriate and conducting formal written and verbal performance reviews. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• 4+ year’s previous Warehouse and logistics experience or equivalent.

• Advanced commands of English

• Knowledge on warehouse transactions, receiving process and logistics. 

• Skills: Customer service, communication, critical thinking and negotiation.
