As Manager Inside Sales, you are responsible for the performance and development of your Inside Sales team (6 FTE). You lead the team, drive performance, and ensure excellent customer relationships. In this role, you report to the Sales Manager and work closely alongside another Manager Inside Sales, each leading your own team. The role is based at our headquarters in Roosendaal.
You have clear ownership of team performance, with visible impact on results.
You combine strong leadership with a hands-on commercial mindset: you stay close to the operation, support your team where needed, and ensure clear priorities - without being involved in day-to-day order processing yourself.
Working in an international and fast-paced environment, you use data and insights to guide your team and continuously improve performance and customer satisfaction. With our self-developed software and clear Tableau insights, you can work in a highly data-driven and goal-oriented way.
Responsibilities

Foster a supportive and structured team environment, enabling the team to perform at their best
Conduct regular performance and development conversations
Monitor team performance and steer on KPIs and targets
Act as the first point of escalation for commercial and operational challenges
Support the team in complex quotations, pricing, and customer cases
Ensure smooth daily operations and high service quality

HBO/Bachelor level of working and thinking
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Fluent in English (C1 level) is required, additional languages are a plus
Preferably available for a fulltime role (40h per week), but open to 32 - 36 hours
You have a valid driver’s license
