✓Utilize specialized clinical knowledge and advanced counseling skills to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform diagnostic interviews for behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) clients.
✓Facilitate individual, group, and family-oriented therapy sessions to address client needs and promote recovery.
✓Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered, client progress, and treatment outcomes.
✓Collaborate effectively with clients, their families, case managers, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive care.
✓Work with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique circumstances and goals.
✓Participate in regular care conferences and case reviews to enhance treatment effectiveness and client engagement.
✓Attend Supervision as required.
✓Ensure compliance with agency, federal, and state confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations.
✓Must be licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
✓NPI number and Ohio Medicaid ID are preferred and required to start work.
✓A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
✓Bachelors may be accepted with additional licensure and experience
✓Current licensure or provisional licensure in the state services are rendered.
✓Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly in behavioral health and SUD counseling, is preferred.
✓Primarily requires sitting while conducting therapy sessions, with occasional movement within the office or community setting.
✓All applicants must submit to and pass a background check prior to hire.
✓Flexible scheduling options to accommodate both client needs and staff availability.
