About the role:

We are looking for a Global Sales Insights Analyst to support the commercial team through strategic analyses and actionable insights.

In this role, you will connect business needs with data visibility, helping internal teams and partners make smarter decisions and drive results. You will play a key role in defining what should be analyzed and prioritized, ensuring insights effectively influence decision making across the organization.

This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of business, data, and strategy, working with multiple teams and playing an essential role in how partners use data to perform and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the owner of one of the pillars within the Sales Insights area, defining priorities and ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
  • Define, build, and evolve business metrics, dashboards, and visibility structures that support commercial performance.
  • Ensure dashboards are reliable, high performing, and effectively used by stakeholders.
  • Translate commercial needs into structured analyses and actionable insights, supporting decision making and driving results.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Product, Data, and Analytics teams to align business objectives with data initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience in data, analytics, insights, or product-related roles.
  • Analytical, proactive, and curious mindset, with strong communication across diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of business KPIs and experience turning data into insights.
  • Experience defining metrics, dashboards, and performance visibility for business teams.
    Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Databricks.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills in dynamic environments.
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced English, Spanish is a plus.
  • 100% on site role based in São Paulo.
