About the Role

As an NPS Data Analyst, you will be the voice of the customer, ensuring their feedback drives continuous improvement. You will manage the NPS process end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve results. Your ability to analyze market data will provide actionable insights to leadership, and your collaboration with the support team will be key in optimizing the "close the loop" process. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that their feedback drives continuous improvement.
  • Own the NPS survey process: design, distribution, analysis, and reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve NPS and dive deep into results across different countries.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer support team to improve the "close the loop" process.
  • Ensure the integrity of the NPS survey and its results.
  • Lead and present customer satisfaction data and actionable insights to C-level leadership.
  • Leverage Databricks (Genie) and data tools to support data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with Analytics and Data teams when deeper technical analyses are required.
  • University degree;
  • Experience in customer satisfaction and NPS management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various business areas, including product, logistics, finance, support, technology, and sales.
  • Experience with customer feedback tools and communication platforms, such as Medallia and Braze.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working with Excel and Power Point.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge (or willingness to learn) to explore and validate data.
  • Experience using analytics and BI tools (e.g., Databricks Genie, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) is a plus.
  • Advanced English is required and Spanish is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for understanding the customer journey and advocating for their needs.
  • Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot when necessary.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of simplifying complex data for clear and impactful reporting.
  • Influence: A collaborative leader who can effectively work with and influence diverse stakeholders.
