Our Program Aide hourly rate ranges from $18.50/hr to $19.70/hr depending on experience and licensing.  As a full time employee, you will accrue paid time off starting day one.  Need insurance?  Desire low benefit premiums? • →Familiarize self with each individual's personal needs, preferences, and program plans.
• →Assist individuals with physical care (toileting, positioning, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, etc.) as needed, or designated by plan.
• →Implementing service plans as determined and written by planning team.
• →Physical ability to be on feet all day and perform the lifting and care of individuals as required.
• →Possess a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier.
• →Participating in activities/outings, and much more.
