Responsibilities

  • →High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification in building systems preferred.
  • →Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in building engineering, facilities management, or a related field.

    • Technical Skills:

  • →Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building automation systems (BAS).
  • →Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • →Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Certifications:

  • EPA Universal Certification for refrigerants (preferred).
  • Relevant trade licenses or certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to walk up to 10,000 steps per day while performing job duties, including escorting vendors and conducting site inspections.
