As a Cleaning Operative with ABM UK, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various client sites to the highest standard. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a commitment to health and safety, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a wider team.

• →Carry out general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
• →Clean and sanitize toilets, kitchens, and communal areas, ensuring restocking of consumables.
• →Dispose of waste in accordance with recycling and health and safety guidelines.
• →Operate cleaning equipment responsibly and maintain them in good working order.
• →Report any issues or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
• →Adhere strictly to health and safety policies and procedures.

• →Previous experience in cleaning preferred but full training provided.
• →Ability to work flexibly across different shifts.
• →Good attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• →Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• →Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
• →Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• →Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills.
