Cleaning Operative - Evening Shift

We are currently seeking diligent and motivated Cleaning Operatives to join our growing team.

• →Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• →Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas, restocking consumables as necessary.
• →Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycle materials where appropriate.
• →Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damages or supply needs.
• →Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• →Communicate effectively with the site management and team members.

• →Essential Criteria:
• →·       Willing to work flexible hours.
• →·       Ability to work under pressure.
• →·       Ability to pass security requirements/vetting.
• →·       Eligibility to work in Ireland/UK.
• →·       Good written and spoken English.

• →Desired Qualifications:
• →·       School leaving standard qualifications in Maths and English
• →·       Full clean driving licence.

• →Desired Experience:
• →·       Experience within the relevant industry, or a similar environment.
• →·       Time spent in a customer service environment.
• →·       Experience working within a results-orientated environment.

• →Attitude / Motivation:
• →·       Confident.
• →·       Flexible, reliable, responsible, calm under pressure.
• →·       Willing to undergo training/coaching in line with organisational philosophy.
