$1000 Home-Based Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Tire Hill, PA

Abound Health is seeking compassionate, dependable Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide companion care and in-home support for an adult individual living in Tire Hill, PA.

We are seeking coverage 7 days per week, with approximately 14 hours of support needed daily. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available depending on staff availability.

As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support in the client's home to help ensure their health, safety, and overall well-being. This is primarily a Companion Care role focused on supervision, prompting, and daily living support.

The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and attentive, with a strong desire to help others maintain their independence and quality of life.

• →Provide companionship and emotional support
• →Remind and encourage medication compliance
• →Assist with daily hygiene tasks and personal routines
• →Help with meal planning and meal preparation
• →Monitor overall health, safety, and well-being
• →Encourage independence while providing appropriate supervision
• →Assist with community engagement and meaningful daily activities as appropriate
• →Complete required documentation and submit payroll on time
• →Communicate concerns or changes in condition to the appropriate team members

• Genuine interest in supporting adults in a home-based setting
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Ability to provide consistent medication reminders and supervision
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance preferred
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background checks

• Coverage needed 5-7 days per week
• Approximately 8:00am - 10:00pm
• Flexible scheduling available
• Multiple caregivers may be considered to ensure full coverage

• DSP, caregiving, home care, companion care, behavioral health, or related experience preferred
• Training available for the right candidate
