• →A compassionate, patient, and encouraging attitude

• →A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance
• →A High School Diploma or GED
• →Ability to pass a background check

• *** We Value Your Experience *** Have you been an unpaid family caregiver for a loved one? We recognize that your skills in scheduling, advocating, and providing care are valuable, and we will train you to become a Direct Support Professional.
• Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a major plus.
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD, autism, or behavioral support needs is highly valued.
