Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $20–$25/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Williamsport and surrounding areas. As a DSP, you will help individuals live more independently, participate in their communities, and build meaningful life skills. What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence. Responsibilities include:
• Building positive, supportive relationships
• Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks
• Supporting individuals in community activities, employment, and social engagement
• Encouraging independence and helping individuals learn new skills
• Supporting communication and use of adaptive tools
• Promoting health, safety, and emotional well-being
• Communicating with families, team members, and support professionals
• Completing documentation and maintaining schedules
• Participating in ongoing training and development

Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to support personal-care needs when needed
No prior experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing support.
Pay & Signing Bonus
Starting Pay: $20–$25/hour
Signing Bonus: $1,000 paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
