Absolute Dental is Nevada’s largest dental group with 45+ locations and continued statewide growth 🚀. We are expanding our teams in Reno and Sparks and seeking experienced Treatment Coordinators who are looking for long-term stability, career growth, and real advancement opportunities.

This is a key front office role that directly impacts patient trust, case acceptance, and overall office success 🧭

📌 This posting represents current and upcoming Treatment Coordinator opportunities within Reno and Sparks. When a location-specific opening becomes available, qualified candidates will be contacted directly by our Talent Team.

Responsibilities

• 📋 Review and clearly present treatment plans
• 🦷 Explain insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
• 💬 Confidently discuss payment options with patients
• 📅 Coordinate scheduling and support smooth office flow
• 🤍 Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable moving forward with care

• $20 – $24 per hour (DOE)
📍 Some roles may require limited travel

• 🦷 Dental front office experience required
• 📊 Experience with treatment planning & dental insurance
• 💳 Comfortable discussing financial arrangements
• 🧠 Strong organization and communication skills
• 🌎 Bilingual Spanish preferred
