ABX SPV HEAVY MTC

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee aircraft maintenance visit or modification
• Maintain work schedule and oversight of project coordinators
• Reporting and invoice review
• Spot check of MRO’s
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• This job has supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid Airframe and powerplant license
• Ten years of experience in a heavy maintenance environment on Boeing 767 or equivalent aircraft
• Two years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Self-motivated, competent in problem solving skills and analytical ability
• Ability to use independent judgment, provide/suggest solutions and handle unusual situations in a professional manner
• Excellent working knowledge of all aspects of transport category aircraft maintenance
• Valid state issued driver’s license
• Computer skills, specifically in the use of MS office products
• Frequent travel for MRO site visits – monthly

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• College degree in Aviation
• Previous maintenance rep or project coordinator experience
• Previous Maintenix program experience
