Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain web applications using Java and Spring-based technologies under guidance
→Collaborate with team members, including designers and front-end developers, to implement features and improvements
→Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to learn and improve development practices
→Write clean and readable code while following established coding standards and best practices
→Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues with support from senior team members
→Gradually take responsibility for assigned tasks and features
→Learn and apply new technologies, tools, and development methodologies as part of your professional growth

Requirements

Basic understanding of Java and the Spring / Spring Boot framework
Fundamental knowledge of relational databases (SQL basics, simple queries)
Basic familiarity with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript and at least one framework/library (React or Angular is a plus)
Basic experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills with mentorship and guidance
Ability to work both independently on simple tasks and collaboratively within a team
Basic understanding of agile development principles (Scrum/Kanban)
Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and openness to feedback
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
