Dental Front Office

Marsh Valley Dental is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office Coordinator to join our team!

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established, family-focused dental practice that is preparing to move into a beautiful new office in McCammon. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love being the first smile patients see, we'd love to meet you.

As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll help create an exceptional patient experience by:

• →Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
• →Checking patients in and out
• →Scheduling appointments and managing provider schedules
• →Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
• →Collecting and posting payments
• →Helping keep the front office organized and running efficiently

We're looking for someone who is:

Previous dental experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person with strong customer service and administrative skills.

Office Hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Fridays:  (We are open 2 Fridays per month from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
