• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, Corporate Security, Customer Service, Communications or Academia

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security operation centers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in a Security Operation or Command Center role

• Experience working with Intrusion Detection, Access Control, and CCTV systems

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Bilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese)

• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Ability to analyze threats and envision potential or real time impact to operations

• Ability to respond quickly and calmly to emergencies and stressful situations exercising proper judgment and decision-making skills

• Great active listening skills

• Rapport building skills

• Patient and empathetic attitude

• Attention to detail, excellent reading and writing abilities, and highly effective communication skills

• Utilize sound judgement to determine actions required when dealing with employees.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

• A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

• Highly motivated, self-starting individual with ability to multi-task and manage to timelines

• Must be able to work with and protect highly confidential information

• Research and critical thinking skills for identifying, collecting, and evaluating data in order to draw logical and actionable conclusions

• Strong decision-making ability during emergency situations. 

• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change, change management

• Ability to influence and build strategic vision

• A working knowledge of security principles, concepts, and technologies

• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
