We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs with business stakeholders;
  • Translate business needs into clear and structured functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Produce and maintain project artefacts including BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Use Cases;
  • Analyze and model business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and contribute to solution design activities alongside Development teams and external vendors;
  • Support UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing cycles, and consolidating stakeholder feedback;
  • Maintain requirements traceability and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Collaborate with PMO teams to improve templates, standards, and project documentation practices;
  • Coordinate smaller-scale initiatives when needed, supporting project tracking, follow-ups, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, or IT Consulting roles.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, or CAPM;
    • Familiarity with Scrum frameworks and certifications such as PSM I or PSPO I;
    • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques including BPMN, UML, Use Cases, and User Stories;
    • Experience facilitating workshops and managing communication with multiple stakeholders;
    • Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, including both Agile and Waterfall environments;
    • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Visio, Miro, or similar diagramming/collaboration platforms.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and a structured problem-solving mindset;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear business and technical documentation;
    • Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational and coordination skills.
