Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; and willing to learn new technologies
  • Prior scanning experience is a plus
  • Must be able to lift 30lb boxes overhead to place on shelves

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able to provide continuous improvement by analyzing problems, communicating findings, making recommendations, and implementing the solution
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be dependable
  • Must be able to follow instructions
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work as part of a team in a service-oriented environment
  • Must maintain a professional pleasant manner when interacting with clients and coworkers

Nice to have:

  • Experience with document capture software (Kofax or DataCap)

As a Records Technician/Document Imaging Operator at Access Sciences, you will be diving into a world of document management like never before.
