Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; and willing to learn new technologies
- Prior scanning experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift 30lb boxes overhead to place on shelves
Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to provide continuous improvement by analyzing problems, communicating findings, making recommendations, and implementing the solution
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Must be dependable
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to work as part of a team in a service-oriented environment
- Must maintain a professional pleasant manner when interacting with clients and coworkers
Nice to have:
- Experience with document capture software (Kofax or DataCap)

As a Records Technician/Document Imaging Operator at Access Sciences, you will be diving into a world of document management like never before.
