We are looking for a well-rounded Staff Product Operations Specialist who understands technical program management, project management, and product management at its core. You need to have adequate technical expertise to drive the development of cutting-edge technology products.
As the primary Staff Product Operations Specialist, you are responsible for delivery during all the product development stages for your product development team. You sit in the middle of the build teams (Product, Engineering, AI Research, ML Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, etc.) and ensure the product is ready for the next stage by monitoring, tracking, and engaging your counterparts across the finish line. You will regularly initiate programs, monitor their progress, and introduce adjustments to improve process efficiency.

Ensuring an efficient workflow includes regular work schedule adjustments, process improvement methods, and Agile project management. That said, you need to be familiar with project and product tooling including JIRA.
