AccuWeather is looking for a Contracts Specialist to join our team! This position will work out of our Headquarters office in State College, PA.
Working with the Manager of Legal Service Production, the Contracts Specialist specializes in the creation, editing, proofing, formatting and all aspects of non-standard contract document support.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Preparation of certain standard Agreements (Daily, Warning, SWS, etc.)
- →Electronic creation of non-standard contract documents. This includes making editing changes, formatting and all aspects of contract generation as requested to support the Product Manager and in-house attorneys.
- →Develop Contract Length Evaluations, to be signed off by Manager – Legal Services Production.
- →Set-Up of new clients in the electronic system.
- →Completion of paperwork for set-up and billing for various types of clients.
- →Logging of all new contracts in to the electronic system.
- →Maintain and generate a variety of lists and reports such as but not limited to: Legal List, Employee List. Newspaper, Radios, Start/Ends, etc.
- →Processing Cancellation Letters
- →Other duties may be assigned
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- Associates degree in administrative, business or related field is preferred
- One to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combinations of education and experience is required.
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook is required
- Great communication skills and great attention to detail is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
