We are seeking a CNC Mill Machinist with 5+ years of experience.
- Skills required:
5 years minimum experience as a CNC Mill. (G-Code)
Vertical and Horizontal machining experience ( Mori Seiki, Mazak, HAAS).
Knowledge of tooling and different applications to apply.
Ability to do setups required to complete the part, including work holding.
Ability to calculate speeds and feeds for a variety of materials.
Must be able to hold tight tolerances. (+/- .0005)
Proficient at using inspection equipment. (Micrometers, Calipers, etc.)
Ability to read and understand blueprints, engineering drawing and interpret computer programs sent to machine centers.
Use blueprints, specifications, job routings, geometric dimensions, and tolerances to plan daily machining.
Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
Detect and trouble shoot problems by taking measurements, adjusting controls, closely monitoring drilling, and cutting.
Very good communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.- Ability to lift 50lbs
This is a safety sensitive position.
