The facility offers 8–10-hour shifts with no call, no overtime, and no travel expenses accepted. Privileging is estimated at seven days, while the full privileging timeframe for the site is 30 days. The case mix includes General, Ortho, Endoscopy, and Neuro in a small setting with two operating rooms. CRNAs work independently, as there is no supervision; MDs perform their own cases. The site uses iPro for charting. Responsibilities include conducting pre-anesthesia assessments, verifying consent, discussing anesthetic plans, managing induction through emergence, monitoring patient condition, and performing interventions as needed. Candidates must hold an active RN license, have graduated from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and be certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
