● Job Title: Locum CRNA ● Employment Status: 1099 ● Job Type: Locum / Contract ● Location: Central Florida ● Duration: 3-6 months ● Shifts: 7am-5pm, 7am-7pm, 7am-9pm / weekends will run supervision from 7am-7pm, and solo from 7am-5pm - only 2 weekends every 6 weeks. FT coverage is needed for a mix of 3-4 10s/12s/14s every week. ● Call: Preferred ● Case Types: Cardiac, Ortho, General, Neuro, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics and Trauma - no Peds or OB - CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and central/arterial line placement ● Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days ● EMR: iPro ● Supervision Model: 90% supervision at a 1:4 ratio ● Special Considerations: Level 1 Trauma center with 12k annual cases between the two sites. Must be able to work weekends and be flexible. Must have Trauma experience, must be able to cross credential at secondary facility, must have a clean background and malpractice.
