PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The mission of the PR Administrator role is to ensure the Strategic Communications team operates with precision, consistency, and clarity through rigorous reporting, coordination, and administrative support. This role exists to free up account leads and senior team members to focus on strategy, client counsel, and growth by ensuring that all reporting, dashboards, and meeting outputs are accurate, timely, and well-organised. Bilingual Arabic and English is essential to this role to support effective client communications, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across markets.
The PR Administrator will be successful by becoming a trusted operational backbone of the team, known for attention to detail, follow-through, and reliability. Success in this role requires strong organisation, confidence in managing multiple stakeholders, and the ability to turn information into clear, usable outputs. Over time, this role builds a strong foundation in agency operations, PR measurement, and client servicing, enabling progression within the communications industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day support to the strategy and communications team, particularly the account leads.
- Report to the Account Director, supporting the entire strategic communications team, particularly the account leads.
- Maintain a dotted-line relationship with the Strategic Researcher (who also supports strategy and impact planning) to ensure cohesive reporting on the dashboard.
- Create 24-hour PRL reports and monthly reports.
- Review monthly performance and create dashboards.
- Coordinate quarterly review meetings, including preparing presentations and results for internal and client meetings.
- Attend internal and client meetings virtually, capturing meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
- Develop internal and client kick-off decks to set new accounts up for success.
- Support the team with administrative and project management tasks.
- Operate in an entry-level agency role, supporting the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating events, maintaining documents, and handling basic design or creative tasks under direct supervision.
- Gain a broad understanding of marketing and communications practices within the agency, building the skills needed to advance within the industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bilingual Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- 1–3 years’ experience in PR/communications administration, reporting, or project support (agency experience preferred).
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, including working with dashboards and data tools.
- Confident preparing presentations and coordinating meetings, including minutes and follow-up actions.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisation and document management skills.
- Clear communicator, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities to deadline.
