About ACQ Media
ACQ Media is the in-house media engine behind Acquisition.com and its portfolio of brands led
by Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa.
Our mission is to build the leading business media organization in the world by 2030.
We produce high-performance long-form series, podcasts, and daily social content that reach
millions of people around the globe. Our content is not vanity media, it is designed to drive
measurable reach, deepen brand influence, and create downstream business impact across the
entire Acquisition.com ecosystem.
We operate like a studio, not a startup content team. That means structured workflows, batch
production, clear performance metrics, and an aggressive commitment to innovation, especially
through AI-native production systems.
We are building a repeatable content machine that compounds: more output, higher quality,
faster iteration, stronger monetization, and deeper brand equity over time.
If you’re joining ACQ Media, you’re not here to just make content. You’re here to help build a
media powerhouse.
Role
The YouTube Manager for Acquisition.com is a strategic operator across all Acquisition brands
— Alex, Leila, and Sharran — serving as the connective tissue between their business priorities
and how they're translated into long-form videos.
You’re not just managing a YouTube channel. You’re building the #1 educational platform online
for entrepreneurs and setting a bar for content so high others can only chase.
This is a true channel-owner seat. That means you have meaningful input upstream — on
ideas, angles, series concepts, and formats — informed by performance data and a deep
understanding of what the YouTube audience responds to. You’re not just fixing things in
packaging; you’re helping shape what gets made and how it gets recorded, so YouTube
performance is built in from the start, not bolted on at the end.
You'll ensure everything we produce performs at its ceiling. You're fluent in packaging
mechanics, upload operations, post-production handoffs, and YouTube analytics. You
understand that a great video with weak packaging is a missed opportunity, and you treat every
title, thumbnail, and metadata decision as one with measurable downstream impact.
Your curiosity for business fundamentals matches your passion for dominating YouTube’s
educational landscape. You’re fired up about driving standout performance that transforms the
way a new generation of ambitious entrepreneurs will discover and engage with our content.
This role is explicitly accountable for business outcomes — not just channel metrics. Subscriber
growth, qualified traffic and leads driven to ACQ Media properties, and YouTube’s direct and
indirect revenue contribution to the broader Acquisition.com flywheel are the scoreboard. Views
and CTR are inputs, not the goal.
You'll lead the packaging and optimization of our videos and ensure continuous improvement
through rigorous analysis and feedback loops.
This role is AI-forward. Analytics workflows, performance reporting, A/B test tracking, and
optimization research should be powered by AI agents and automation — not manual
spreadsheets and gut instinct. The expectation is to build systems that surface the right insights
faster than any competitor could.
You'll work hand-in-hand with the Director of Post Production, the Design department, and
Creative Producers to shape brand identity, content production, and distribution.
Reports directly to the Director of Post Production. Must be based in Las Vegas, NV or willing to
relocate.
Responsibilities
1. Packaging & Upload Optimization
● Own the creative direction of YouTube packaging (titles and thumbnails) across all ACQ
brands (Alex, Leila and Sharran)
● Work closely with Creative Producers and social team to finalize the packaging creative
direction
● Work closely with the Design team to ensure the brief translates accurately into the final
thumbnail
● Own the full YouTube scheduling process end-to-end — including tags, chapters, and
end screens — across all ACQ brands
● Conduct final QC checks before every upload - confirming packaging alignment,
metadata accuracy, and technical spec compliance
● Develop and run a consistent A/B testing framework for thumbnails and titles across new
and catalogue videos
● Maintain a forward-looking upload calendar, coordinating with thumbnail designers,
editors and post-production to ensure on-time delivery without last-minute scrambles
● Ensure packaging decisions are rooted in data, not preference - every choice should be
defensible against performance benchmarks
2. Analytics Leadership
● Own YouTube analytics across all ACQ Media channels (Alex, Leila and Sharran) —
views, impressions, CTR, retention, subscriber velocity, and revenue metrics
● Build and maintain AI agent-powered workflows for data compilation, anomaly detection,
and performance reporting
● Present weekly performance insights to Media Leadership, including Media and
Marketing Directors, Post and Design Directors, and Creative Producers
● Translate analytics into actionable creative, writing, and production insights for the
content team to consider - not just observations
● Benchmark channel performance against competitors and category trends to identify
gaps and opportunities
3. Back Catalogue Optimization
● Systematically audit and re-optimize videos 1+ years old - refreshing thumbnails, titles,
descriptions, and metadata to drive renewed discoverability
● Build a prioritization framework for catalogue work based on impression potential,
existing traction, and strategic alignment
● Track performance lifts from catalogue optimization and report on compounding revenue
and performance impact over time
● Treat the back catalogue as a living asset, not an archive
4. YouTube Partner Manager Liaison
● Serve as the primary point of contact with ACQ Media's YouTube Partner Manager
● Stay ahead of policy changes, monetization updates, and algorithm shifts communicated
through the partner relationship
● Advocate for channel features, beta access, and platform support on behalf of ACQ
Media
● Communicate relevant platform updates to internal stakeholders clearly and promptly
5. New Feature Evaluation & Implementation
● Monitor YouTube's evolving feature set - including new formats, monetization tools,
community features, and creator studio capabilities
● Evaluate new features against ACQ Media's content strategy and present
recommendations to media leadership with a clear test-and-measure approach
● Lead rollout and tracking of approved feature experiments
● Build a feedback loop to assess whether new features are worth embedding into
standard operating procedure
Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in YouTube channel management, growth, or optimization —
ideally for a high-volume channel
● Deep understanding of YouTube's packaging ecosystem: thumbnails, titles, CTR
mechanics, retention patterns, and algorithm behavior
● Strong analytical fundamentals — comfortable working with data and drawing decisions
from it
● Demonstrated experience with A/B testing frameworks for YouTube content
● Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, reporting, or workflow automation — or a
demonstrated drive to build with them
● Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent)
● Proficiency with G-Suite
● Strong written communication — you'll be writing titles, descriptions, and internal reports
regularly
● Ability to operate fully onsite in Las Vegas, NV
Results
● CTR and impression benchmarks improve consistently across new uploads
● Back catalogue generates measurable new impression and revenue volume from
systematic re-optimization
● A/B testing is continuous, documented, and actively informing packaging decisions
● Analytics reporting is automated, timely, and decision-ready
● Zero uploads go live without passing a complete QC checklist
● ACQ Media is first to evaluate and implement platform features that create competitive
advantage
● The YouTube Partner Manager relationship is proactive, not reactive
● Subscriber growth trends upward quarter-over-quarter across ACQ channels
● YouTube is a measurable driver of qualified traffic and leads to ACQ Media properties
and portfolio brands
● Revenue impact from YouTube — direct monetization and downstream business
contribution — is tracked, reported, and growing
