Our Finance team are on the hunt for an AP superstar passionate about meeting deadlines and getting creditors paid on time!

Assist the Finance Team in providing financial services to the national Acrow team. As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will take responsibility for all accounts payable tasks, including processing creditors' invoices and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner, banking activities, credit card statement processing and reconciliations, and providing support to the wider finance team as required. The role involves working 30 hours each week.

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and you will be driven by meeting deadlines and being organised to stay on top of your game!

You pride yourself on your ability to build and sustain relationships and provide top-notch customer satisfaction. You will be excited and self-motivated at the prospect of a busy role, juggling multiple deadlines.

  • Relevant experience in a similar role

  • High level of attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organising, prioritising and time management skills
  • High level of customer satisfaction (internal customers) and delivery focus always
  • Have good initiative and be intuitive – take tasks/projects through to completion
  • Able to work autonomously as well as be part of a team
  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office skills
  • Learning agile, able to quickly grasp the latest technology and systems as required
