As the first face and voice our patients encounter, you are the heartbeat of our office. You will keep our practice running smoothly by:

  • Welcoming the Community: Greeting patients, visitors, and team members with genuine warmth and professionalism.
  • Managing Communication: Answering phones, handling emails, and directing office communication seamlessly.
  • Mastering the Schedule: Efficiently booking, confirming, and optimizing patient appointments to keep the day running smoothly.
  • Building Relationships: Developing strong, trusting connections with patients through excellent, empathetic communication.
  • Administrative Excellence: Keeping the engine running via accurate data entry, filing, paperwork, and highly organized front-office systems.
  • Growing Together: Participating actively in ongoing learning, team huddles, and mentorship opportunities.
