As our next Senior Product Designer, you won't just be executing pixels—you’ll be the architect of the AI-native experience layer for a platform that is fundamentally replacing how marketing gets done. Embedded within our Platform team, you are the foundation; the design decisions you make create the core interaction models that touch every user, every time they open the product.

You are here to shape the problem before the work starts, walking into rooms with product and engineering leadership to change the trajectory of what we build through the sheer quality and conviction of your thinking. You'll lead the charge in moving beyond consensus-seeking to drive tangible outcomes, using prototypes not just to validate, but to discover and define entirely new directions for our industry.

Lead end-to-end design for critical platform initiatives, moving from ambiguous problem definition to owning the high-fidelity shipped experience.

Act as a strategic advisor and the primary authority on foundational UX patterns, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure core behaviors and navigation remain cohesive at scale

Drive a data-informed culture by defining success metrics and leveraging product analytics to influence product strategy alongside your PM and Engineering partners.

Architect scalable solutions in partnership with Design Systems, establishing elite quality standards that consider long-term systemic implications.

Build high-fidelity prototypes to move decisions, showing leadership what is possible with AI-powered features before they even know to ask for it.

Develop sophisticated AI patterns, focusing on human-in-the-loop workflows that balance automation with user control and transparency.

Mentor and elevate the craft of the broader design team through constructive critique and the sharing of emerging AI-driven methodologies and workflows.

6+ years of hands-on experience in product design for SaaS or B2B, with a portfolio that proves you drive the direction rather than just following it.

Genuine fluency with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Lovable, Claude, Figma Make) to accelerate your own workflow and prototype complex interactions.

A proven ability to design strategically with AI, reimagining complex workflows through automation and intelligent defaults at a platform-wide scale.

Expertise in navigating ambiguity, turning vague business problems into actionable, high-impact design directions in a fast-paced environment.

Extensive experience with Design Systems, focusing on global consistency, accessibility, and the creation of scalable patterns.

Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the talent to articulate design rationale and lead strategic conversations across all levels of the organization.

A demonstrated ownership mindset, identifying systemic issues independently and advocating for solutions that align with long-term business KPIs.
