Inventory Control Clerk

We are now accepting applications for the following position:

INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Monitor/maintain strict inventory levels and records
• Participate in stock reconciliation for annual and cycle counts
• Adhere to inventory related policies and procedures
• Liaise with stores to ensure inventory levels are upheld according needs; receive, unpack, deliver goods to stores
• Process purchases and invoices for payment; process returns in accordance with established procedures
• Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers
• Handle cash and cash-related payments
• Inspect bulk orders for accuracy and quality prior to shipment
• Keep management up to date on inventory

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in inventory control within the retail industry or related field
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Retail Management Systems preferably Microsoft Great Plains
• Physically able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, as needed to perform inventory counts.
• Must be willing to work late shifts, weekends and public holidays where needed.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Must be comfortable speaking with the public
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, at times demanding environment

Salary: KYD$10.00 - KYD$18.00 Per Hour

Benefits: In accordance with Cayman Islands law
