We are now accepting applications for the following position:

• →Maintains kitchen back-of-house area cleanliness throughout shift.
• →Clean and maintain kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, grills, fryers, and dishwashing areas.
• →Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, countertops, floors, and storage areas.
• →Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain clean garbage and recycling areas; take out trash and rinse garbage cans.
• →Restock kitchen supplies such as cleaning products, dishwashing detergents, paper towels, and basic consumables.
• →Unload and store delivered food supplies, including lifting and moving boxes safely.
• →Assist with sweeping and mopping floors, especially after spills or breakages
• →Perform all end-of-shift cleaning and maintenance duties.
• →Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and prevention of cross-contamination.
• →Report kitchen accidents, equipment issues, or violations of food safety procedures to the appropriate personnel.
• →Must be reliable, responsible, and follow instructions, coordinate with kitchen staff, and maintain a polite, professional demeanor around back-of-house and sometimes near guests.
• →Perform any other duties as required by the kitchen management team.

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene rules, proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Physical ability to lift heavy racks or waste bins (often up to 50lbs) stand for extended periods and navigate outdoor/indoor spaces.
• Must be comfortable working a flexible schedule, including working outside of normal business hours (i.e.evenings, weekends and public holidays, as needed)
• May be exposed to a noisy, humid, and hot environment. Temperatures will vary depending on the weather.

Hourly Wage: USD$8.00 - USD$11.00 Per Hour + gratuities
