Sales Support Associate

The Sales Support Associate will be primarily responsible for but not limited to:

• →Accurately record orders from wholesale customers and enter them into the accounting system.
• →Act as the first point of contact for all customers.
• →Liaise with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure the timely processing of orders.
• →Ensure all customer order queries are dealt with professionally and promptly.
• →Comply with all internal accounting procedures.
• →As required, carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• →Assist with the sorting and scanning of sales invoices daily.
• →Provide excellent service to ALL customers.
• →Answer the phone and take customer orders.

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• 2-5 years working for a similar-sized company in a similar role.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Ability to learn and work independently.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• A confident, positive, and outgoing person is needed for this position.
• Able to work to tight deadlines.
• Able to start work at 7am.
• Able to work a Saturday shift on alternate weeks.
