Spa Manager

We are now accepting applications for the following position:

RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE:
• Curate and deliver retreats, in-room wellness, and signature programming
• Drive spa revenue and performance, including P&L accountability
• Oversee day-to-day operations, standards, and service delivery
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing spa team
• Build and manage local and international wellness partnerships
• Collaborate across departments to enhance guest engagement
• Develop membership offerings and elevate the guest journey
• Manage inventory, reporting, and operational systems

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years managing multi-outlet spa or wellness operations
• Experience in luxury or boutique hospitality
• Strong wellness and treatment knowledge
• Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed targets
• Digitally savvy (Excel, WordPress, Adobe; marketing exposure preferred)
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Well-connected within the wellness/lifestyle space is a plus
• Flexible schedule (weekends and holidays required)

SALARY RANGE: US$80,000-US$100,000
LOCATION: Palm Heights, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
BENEFITS: In accordance with CI Labour Act
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time position up to 45 hours per week
