Position Overview:
The Research Analyst will play a crucial role in driving business development and operational efficiency by conducting detailed research and analysis across various industry domains. This role includes lead generation, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and data-driven insights to support our US staffing operations in IT, engineering, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and other sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on staffing needs and trends in various industries including IT, engineering, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and others. Identify emerging opportunities and client requirements.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through targeted research and analysis. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients across different industry domains.
• Data Analysis: Analyze industry-specific data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business development and strategic planning.
• Competitive Intelligence: Track and evaluate competitor activities, industry developments, and market positioning across multiple sectors to inform strategic initiatives.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on research findings, market conditions, and competitive landscape for various industry domains.
• Database Management: Maintain and update research and lead generation databases to ensure the accuracy and relevance of information.
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, business development, and strategy teams to support client acquisition strategies and enhance business growth across all sectors.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to provide timely insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in research, lead generation, or analysis, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry. Experience in IT, engineering, finance, healthcare, manufacturing,healthcare or other relevant domains is highly desirable.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with various industry domains is a plus.
• Lead Generation Tools: Experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems. Ability to utilize these tools effectively for business growth.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of data analysis software and research tools is beneficial.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in research and reporting.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders.
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
