THE ROLE
We're not looking for a button-pusher.
We want a marketing all-rounder who gets excited about the opportunity to make your mark - someone who can run a field event on a Tuesday and ship an AI-crafted campaign on a Thursday. You'll sit at the intersection of digital, demand, and experimentation, helping us punch above our weight and reach the right audiences in smart, creative ways.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, paid, social, and web, end to end
- Support field marketing activities: events, webinars, roundtables, and industry sponsorships
- Use AI tools (think: Claude, Gamma, Semrush, Jasper and whatever's emerging) to accelerate content creation, campaign ideation, and reporting
- Work with our CRM and marketing automation stack to build nurture journeys and track performance
- Create compelling assets - landing pages, social copy, email sequences, ad creatives - with an eye for both writing and design
- Bring fresh ideas on how we reach our audience: don't be afraid to suggest the unconventional
- Track metrics that matter and turn data into insights the team can act on
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and senior marketing to align on pipeline goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential:
- 3-5 years in a B2B marketing role (tech, fintech, or SaaS preferred)
- Genuinely excited about AI: You've already been experimenting with tools to work smarter
- Strong digital marketing fundamentals: Paid ads, SEO basics, email marketing, and analytics
- A creative instinct paired with analytical rigour: You can write a headline and read a dashboard
- Excellent written English and a natural communicator
- Comfortable working autonomously and juggling multiple projects
Bonus points:
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar MarTech
- Familiarity with the financial services or trading technology landscape
- A side project, newsletter, or personal brand that shows you walk the talk
