Our Australian client, a provider of commercial HVAC and refrigeration solutions, is seeking an After-Sales Technical Support Coordinator (HVAC / Chiller / Heat Pump) who will be responsible for providing technical after-sales support for industrial chiller and heat pumps, assisting with technical inquiries, spare parts coordination, and documentation while working closely with a senior service engineer.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Technical Support Coordination: Respond to after‑sales technical inquiries via email, and phone‑based support is introduced progressively as technical proficiency develops. Assist in resolving HVAC, chiller, heat-pump, and refrigeration‑related issues.
- →Spare Parts Processing: Assist in handling spare parts quotation requests by reviewing technical requirements, part numbers, quote preparation, and ordering spare parts.
- →Documentation & Process Support: Assist in developing and documenting troubleshooting guides, workflows, and service processes to support scalable operations
- →Technical Learning & Review: Independently review product manuals, training modules, and technical materials to build system knowledge.
- →Service Support Assistance: Support commissioning, warranty and post‑warranty service coordination as needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical degree.
- Experience: Open for junior to mid-level professionals with relevant exposure to HVAC, refrigeration systems, chillers, or heat-pump systems.
- Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of HVAC, chillers, and heat-pumps, and the ability to review technical documentation and support troubleshooting activities.
- Soft Skills: Highly adaptable, coachable, logically minded, and receptive to feedback, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a structured remote role.
- Language: Proficient in written English with clear, functional spoken communication skills.
