Apartment Lead Maintenance

Avenues at Creekside has been professionally managed by Adara Communities for 2 years. Avenues at Creekside is a Gorgeous A Class property that has 395 units located right off I-35, on the Buccee's exit. This community consists of townhomes and mid-rise apartments with elevator buildings, and attached garages!

• Supervisory experience (knowledge, skills and abilities) as multifamily property management Lead Maintenance is REQUIRED
• HVAC Certification is REQUIRED
• Must be able to effectively train and guide other service staff through the course of the work day. Work as a team leader
• Assist with completing service requests
• Assist team with make readies and upgrading apartments; efficiently and effectively scheduling team, assuring that work orders and make readies are completed correctly in a timely manner
• Must be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule
• Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation
• Assist with various projects as assigned by Property Manager
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required
• There are 395 units on property!

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to reach with arms, hands and fingers; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell. Occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or lift 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance devices (dollies, hand trucks, additional persons). The working environment is typically in an outdoor setting, with an occasional need to leave the premises for business purposes.
• Property employees are required to comply with the company uniform policy. A copy of the uniform policy is provided on the first day of company employment.
